Product owner in CreditPlus

We are looking for a Product Ownerwho will lead the launch of a new credit product.

What is important to us:

• Experience in FinTech / MFO / banking or credit sector from 2 years;
• Practical experience in implementing/supporting credit products (consumer loans, microcredits, credit lines);
• Full understanding and practical experience with Agile / Scrum;
• Ability to analyze and systematize information that contributes to the development of financial and banking products;
• Experience in working with analytics and making data-driven decisions;
• Skills in preparing business requirements, instructions and internal documents;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of MFI and lending.

Main responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the launch and support of a new credit product (end-to-end);
• Formation and development of product vision, roadmap and product backlog;
• Analysis of the market, competitive environment, reporting, regulatory requirements and needs of customers;
• Formation and validation of product hypotheses;
• Preparation of business requirements, setting tasks for the development team and monitoring their implementation;
• Acceptance and business testing of functionality;
• Development and support of internal documentation (instructions, procedures, regulations, business processes);
• Organization and training of employees in part of the product;
• Monitoring changes in legislation and their timely implementation into products.
