The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national military complex for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

We are currently looking for a Leading Food Quality Inspector who will ensure uncompromising control over the quality and safety of food products so that every military man and woman receives food that meets the highest national and international standards.

Possible duties:

• Conducting external quality audits of factories and warehouses.
• Participation in the development of checklists and drawing up audit schedules.
• Reporting and description of discrepancies.
• Participation in the development of a corrective action plan and monitoring its implementation.
• Participation in processing complaints from product recipients and conducting tastings.
• Full implementation of the schedule of audits.
• Timely reporting and closing of tasks in the task tracker.

Requirements from candidates:

• Higher education (certification, standardization, quality control, quality management system will be an advantage).
• Experience in the field of quality control and circulation of food products from 3 years (conducting external and/or internal quality audits of food production plants, retail chains, distribution centers will be an advantage).
• Responsibility, ability and desire to work in a team for results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accept stressful situations, communication skills.
• Proactive civic position.
• Zero tolerance for corruption.
• Openness to new knowledge and new experience
• Knowledge and understanding of international standards for food quality and safety systems.
• Understanding and knowledge of laws, guidelines, orders and other normative legal acts of current state legislation in the field of quality and safety of food products.
• Skills in working with CRM, SAP, task trackers will be an advantage.
