Role mission

Ensure the growth of the Plush Subscription product through deep understanding of the Guest, data-approach, hypothesis testing and building effective go-to-market strategies.

Areas of responsibility

  • Formation and implementation of a growth strategy for the Plush Subscription digital product
  • Together with RO optimization of funnels: acquisition > activation > retention > monetization > referral
  • Launch and scalingA/B tests, experiments, hypotheses
  • Development of product positioning, value proposition, messaging
