Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing (case studies);
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies;
• Knowledge of the process of planning, budgeting and implementation of marketing campaigns;
• Practical knowledge in the direction of digital promotion, including lead generation, PPC (Google, FB/Instagram, LinkedIn), as well as SEO optimization;
• Ability to analyze the results of marketing activities and develop strategies to increase efficiency;
• Experience as a Marketer (Lead Marketer) of a Shopping Center (Shopping and Entertainment Center).

Basic duties of the position:

• development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
• analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• development and implementation of marketing actions and campaigns;
• interaction with the media and advertising agencies;
• preparation of presentations, analysis of competitors and the market.
• Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing sales and increasing the level of recognition brand;
• Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and implementing changes to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies;
• Managing the company’s marketing budget and controlling expenses;
• Searching for new opportunities to expand the company’s business;
• Managing the work of the company’s marketing department;
• Controlling and implementing new projects.
