We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager who can work at the intersection of product, marketing and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product growth through conversion optimization, building value propositions and effective communication with marketing teams.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Retention, Development and Design, influencing business results and user experience. It is important to us that you are able to make decisions based on data, deeply understand the needs of users and partners and be able to transform insights into product solutions.
Areas of responsibility
Conducting marketing research, in-depth interviews, analysis of competitors and needs of B2C users and B2B partners
Identifying new opportunities for product and functional development based on the market and trends
Cooperation with marketing teams to determine product needs and ways to implement them
Setting tasks for developers, quality control of feature implementation and compliance with business requirements
Formation of value proposition and messaging for B2C audiences
Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty
Cooperation with Marketing, Product, CRM and Retention teams for quality launch of initiatives
Development and implementation of retention-strategies and step-by-step plans to increase engagement
Setting up analytical tools and monitoring KPI (acquisition, engagement, retention)
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and GTM strategies, data-driven optimization
Preparation of regular reports and proposals for sustainable product growth
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Marketing (preferably iGaming, gaming or tech)
Understanding B2C and B2B models, their key stakeholders
Knowledge of product and marketing metrics: Conversion Rate, LTV, EPC, CPA, ROI, CAC, Churn Rate
Experience working with marketing and affiliate partners
Understanding traffic sources and tracking systems
Deep understanding of online gambling products and market trends
Practical experience in market research, positioning, GTM, retention strategies
Experience with marketing automation and AI tools
Understanding digital channels: SEO, PPC, Influencer Marketing, SMM, Media Buying, Email Marketing
Experience with analytical tools: Power BI, Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Semrush
Experience in A/B testing
Ability to work with Jira and write clear technical tasks for development teams
Experience in implementing CRM or user engagement platforms from scratch - will be a plus
Strong communication skills, systcritical thinking, experience of cross-functional interaction
English language - level B2
