Product marketing manager in Balistika, TOV

The company "Balistica" is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help bring new products to the market, develop the brand and increase sales. If you love to analyze the market, create effective promotion strategies and work with data - this job is for you!

Main duties:

Market and competitor analysis:

• Market research, analysis of competitors, their products, positioning and pricing policy.
• Analysis of customer behavior and preferences, feedback collection.

Putting new products on the market:

• Development and implementation of product strategy.
• Formation of positioning, naming and pricing of products.
• Organization of collaborations for the promotion of new products.
• Planning and implementation of communication campaigns.

Promotion and update of existing products:

• Assessment of the life cycle of products, initiation of their renewal.
• Development of new strategies for positioning, bonusing and marketing campaigns.
• Control over the correct presentation of products in all sales channels.

Organization of promotional campaigns:

• Formation of a promotional calendar, planning of advertising activities.
• Budgeting and organization of communication campaigns.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing measures.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Experience in product marketing:

• From 3 years of experience in bringing new products to the market.
• Ability to analyze the market, customers and competitors.
• Experience in developing product, naming and pricing strategies.

Analytical skills:

• Ability to work with ROI, CPA, CAC, LTV.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio/PowerBI/Tableau, Clarity/Hotjar.
• Skills of budgeting and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Creativity and strategic thinking:

• Experience in developing communication campaigns and content strategies.
• Ability to work with AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.).
• Skills in managing contractors: copywriters, designers, PPC specialists, SEO specialists.

In addition:

• Higher education in marketing, PR, communications, sociology.
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (fluent level), English — B1 and above.

Location: office in Kyiv, str. Ivana Dzyuba, 17 (hybrid format possible).
