This role is key to the development and growth of the e-commerce direction of the company. We expect the Head of the online store to build an effective system of online channel operation: stable processes, quality service, manageable indicators and sales growth.
The online store for us is a strategic channel of income and interaction with the client. Therefore, we are looking for a manager who will become the owner of the result and the driver of the development of this direction.
What we expect from you:
- Experience with OpenCart CMS: confident administration and management of online store content.
- Deep understanding of key e-commerce metrics (CR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, percentage of returns, abandoned cart) and the practical ability to use them in operational management.
- Confident mastery of web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Clarity, etc.) for tracking indicators, analyzing user behavior and making decisions based on data.
- Experience in creating and developing of online stores (launch, setup, system improvement) together with strong project management skills and understanding of performance marketing tools.
- Experience with retention, conducting research, in-depth interviews and insight analysis.
- Ability to form TOR for development, accept work, work with backlog, build business processes, roles and areas of responsibility, provide constructive feedback and conduct reviews.
- Experience in interaction and coordination of contractors (designers, copywriters, content managers, developers, PPC specialists, etc.); English is not lower than B1.
What will need to be done:
Ensuring the effective functioning of the online store:
- Ensuring the effective and uninterrupted functioning of the online store, monitoring the stability of its work.
- Managing the financial result of the online store, monitoring the margin and effectiveness of discount and promotional mechanisms.
- Transferring information about technical failures and monitoring their elimination; coordination, interaction and control of the work of contractors and executors.
- Ensuring the relevance and reliability of information and content of the online store.
- System control of the efficiency of the processes of processing, delivery and return of orders at all stages of execution.
Raising the level online sales:
- System monitoring and analysis of online store indicators (traffic, conversions, average receipt, number and amount of orders) and management of all stages of the sales funnel - from engagement to repeat purchases.
- Formation and implementation of the online store development strategy and CRO-strategy for increasing conversion.
- Interaction and control of contractors for traffic growth, planning and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Increasing the average receipt and overall effectiveness of online sales through the implementation of upsell and cross-sell mechanics.
- Decreasing the percentage of abandoned carts and incomplete orders, reducing sessions without conversions and initiating the expansion and optimization of the assortment based on sales and demand indicators.
Retention and re-engagement clients:
- Development and implementation of a strategy to increase repeat purchases and loyalty program management.
- Analysis of customer behavior and segmentation of the customer base for decision-making and more accurate work with audiences.
- Formation of personalized offers and communications for different segments of the customer base.
- Systematic work on increasing the level of customer loyalty and trust in the online store.
Improving the customer experience of online sales:
- Analysis of user behavior and paths through the site using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.), planning and conducting A/B testing of site elements with analysis of the results.
- System analysis and processing of customer feedback and development of direct communication channels (email, Viber, SMS, push, etc.) with the construction of processes to prevent negative user experience.
- Building a convenient, logical and understandable purchase path for the user at all stages of placing an order.
- Initiation and implementing changes to improve the design, functionality, and structure of the online store, including optimizing pages, product cards, filters, and search functions. 400">
- Has an owner mindset, takes personal responsibility for the result and is not indifferent to the quality of processes and indicators.
- Able to make informed decisions independently and hold a managerial position.
- Works systematically: able to build processes from scratch and effectively rebuild existing ones.
- Able to dive deeply into the product and understand it in detail
- Understands technical specialists and can constructively interact with them.
- Communicative, able to coordinate actions and negotiate with stakeholders and executors.
- Able to plan work in advance, prioritize tasks and remain flexible to changes.
