Product Marketing Manager in Englishdom

We have been running online education since 2010. And we continue to develop a platform that adapts to the student. 

Now we are opening a new project - group online classes in English and we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team, who will be able to build a marketing system from scratch to launch a new product, test hypotheses and bring the product to scale.

Main tasks:

• Develop product positioning and clear UTP;
• Build a go-to-market plan for the first flows: from demand to retention;
• Build or adapt marketing flows: landing pages, email/CRM, remarketing, warm-up with content, upselling to other business segments;
• Test different product models;
• Launch and optimize campaigns in Meta, Google;
• Create creatives with the team production (videos, reels, banners, scripts);
• Plan campaigns in other marketing channels;
• Plan the start of streams: number of groups, price, places, deadlines, occupancy;
• Ensure timely product launch and updates based on data.

Who we are looking for:

• You have launch experience new B2C products, courses, educational programs or marketing funnels;
• You understand Meta/TikTok/Google;
• You know how to build and test hypotheses, work with data, draw conclusions;
• You analyze user behavior at each stage;
• You have project education: coordination of several teams and owners processes.
