About the position:

We are looking for product manager/manager, who will provide the team with always up-to-date, complete, accurate and attractive information about all residential properties, so that the sales department can confidently present and sell the product.

Tasks and areas of influence:

1. Product information management:

• Constantly monitor and update data on apartment availability, statuses (reserved, sold), prices and schedules in all systems.
• Collect and systematize technical documentation by objects.

2. Marketing materials:

• Participate in creating and updating master presentations, booklets, price lists and other materials for the sales department.
• Control the correspondence of information on the site and in advertising campaigns with real data.

3. Working with non-standard agreements:

• Accompany and document barter agreements.

4. Analysis and reporting:

• Prepare reports on sales dynamics, balances and average cost per square meter.

What is important to us:

• Attention to details, the ability to analyze and work with a large amount of information.
• Working with agreements and preparing reports.
• Experience of working with technical documentation (project, construction).
• Excellent oral and written skills in Ukrainian.
• Proficiency in Excel / Power BI.
• Understanding the real estate market.
• Analytical thinking and system approach.
