Ukrainian charity foundation "Voices of Children" announces a competition for the position of Kcoordinator of the regional center in the city of Sumy.

The charity foundation "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian a fund that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

We are looking for a person who will help organize and coordinate the activities of the regional office of the Foundation, ensuring effective implementation of programs, support of beneficiaries and interaction with local partners and authorities.

The coordinator is the "face" of the Foundation on the ground, he broadcasts the values, standards and approaches of the Foundation to create trust and a positive image among beneficiaries and partners.

Functional responsibilities:

• Represent the fund in the region and establish cooperation with partners, communities and local self-government bodies.
• Participate in external meetings, working groups, events and other activities on behalf of the fund.
• Attract new beneficiaries and ensure effective communication with the target audience.
• Coordinate the work of the cell team and the activities of mobile groups on trips.
• Ensure the implementation of projects in accordance with the strategic goals of the fund and the requirements of the donor.
• Initiate and implement new approaches to increase the effectiveness of project implementation.
• Documentary support of the cell’s activities, preparation of reports.
• Prompt and effective responding to possible challenges at work.
• Establishing cooperation with all departments of the fund and communicating with the project manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in project and operational management.
• Experience with documentation, reports, budgets.
• Basic knowledge in the field of social work / humanitarian programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM or similar systems.
• Leadership and organization of team work.
• Communication and diplomacy.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and crisis situations.
• Systematic, responsible, result-oriented.
• Emotional stability, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
• Skills of facilitating group processes.
• Ability to advocate the interests of children at the local level.
