Product manager (partnership and franchise processes) in Nova poshta

What needs to be done:

• description of current business processes ("AS IS" model - as it is) and modeling of desired ones ("TO BE" model - as it should be);
• data collection and analysis: working with metrics (cycle time, scrap rate, productivity) to make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• readiness for business trips;
• understanding of APIs and integrations;
• knowledge of branch processes, AO, mailboxes;
• knowledge of partner life cycle management processes;
• ability to work with process notations (BPMN, flow charts);
• ability to work with large data sets;
• mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - high level).
