Case manager (Kharkiv) in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" NEEKA announces a competition for the position of Case manager in the city of Kharkiv on full-time terms.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of social work, social sciences or other related specialties.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on prevention and combating domestic violence and domestic violence

- Consulting and work experience in the direct provision of counseling and psychosocial support to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence.

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving applications from victims of domestic violence.
• Assessment of needs and development of individual plans
• Coordinating the provision of services (medical, social, psychological).
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with GBV protocols.
• Supporting communications with partners and services.
• Submitting reports and participating in supervisions.
• Cooperation with specialists of mobile teams. combating domestic violence and gender-based violence.
