Product manager of Electronic Money in KIT Group

Are you a Product Manager / Product Owner (Electronic money / Payments) and you don't have enough scale? Read carefully.

We are looking for a person who does not "lead the product", but builds a payment ecosystem from scratch and scales it globally.

 If you have launched card products, worked with high-risk and understand how issuing / acquiring works, this is your level of play.

 The basics tasks:

• Strategy formation and roadmap of payment products
• Launch and scaling of card solutions (crypto / payment cards)
• Building payment infrastructure (issuing / acquiring / routing)
• Working with Visa / Mastercard, tokenization, Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Integration with PSP and payment gateways
• Search and negotiation with payment and tech partners
• Scaling the product to new markets
• Building onboarding and compliance processes
• Management of product development and cross-functional teams
• Implementation of a system of product metrics and analytics

 Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Product Manager / Product Owner in fintech / payments
• Experience in launching card products or payment platforms
• Understanding:
• issuing / acquiring
• processing (authorization / clearing / settlement)
• Visa / Mastercard
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• payment gateways / PSP
• SEPA / SWIFT / IBAN
• Experience in working with high-risk segment
• Experience of API integrations and work with technical documentation
• English: B2+

Conditions:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
• Location: remote work format.
• Timely payment of salary 2 times a month.
