Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of journalism, communications, PR, philology, design or related fields.
- Experience of working in the field of public communications, humanitarian or public organizations, as well as in interaction with mass media - from 2 years.
- Experience of working with vector and raster graphics.
- Confident mastery of Canva, Adobe Illustrator (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphicsof editors is an additional advantage).
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, literacy, ease in creating texts.
- Basic knowledge of English (reading, preparation of materials - will be an advantage).
- Confident use of tools for planning and promoting content in social networks.
- Creativity in content creation, ability to think visually and convey messages through design.
- Resistance to stress, the ability to work with deadlines, high motivation and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the organization's communication strategy.
- Building and maintaining effective interaction with the mass media, local authorities, partners, donors and the public.
- Preparation and distribution of press releases, news, articles, informational messages about activities of the Foundation.
- Responding to journalists' inquiries, preparing comments and media plans for the organization's speakers.
- Organization and information support of public events: openings, trainings, briefings, forums, press conferences.
- Update of the Foundation's official information resources: website, pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram), e-mail newsletters.
- Preparation of graphic and multimedia materials (posters, banners, infographics, videos) for communication channels.
- Ensuring a uniform style of communication and visual brand of the organization.
- Maintenance of an archive of publications and monitoring of mentions of the Fund in the mass media; preparation of monthly media reports.
