Product Manager (Loсal) in Nova poshta

Main duties:

• Participation in the formation and implementation of the product strategy of local delivery;
• Development of the B2C shipment product in Ukraine and Europe;
• Formation and implementation of the product roadmap;
• Analysis of key product metrics: delivery SLA, delivery speed, number of complaints, NPS / CSI, product and operational KPIs;
• Initiation of product changes based on data and control of their effect;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research: interviews with customers, analysis/construction of customer journey, identification of pain points;
• Formation of product solutions based on insights;
• Formation and prioritization of product backlog;
• Setting tasks for the development team;
• Formation of business requirements;
• Support of the launch of new products and functional;
• Collaboration with operational, logistics and IT teams;
• Synchronization with stakeholders;
• Preparation of presentations, analytics and decision-making materials.

Requirements to the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Product Manager;
• Experience of working with user flows (CJM, user flow) and their optimization;
• Experience of working with product analytics
• Ability to form user stories, acceptance criteria, work with backlog.
• Experience of cross-functional interaction (IT, UX, operations, support).
• Practical knowledge of Jira / Confluence.
• System thinking, focus on customer experience and results.
