BO "Rokada" is looking for a MEAL specialist
Responsibilities:
Project monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
Development and coordination of the MEAL system, logframe, indicators of results and impact.
Conducting a baseline, midline, endline estimates.
Preparation of analytical reports, tables, graphs, data visualizations.
Gathering feedback, accountability to beneficiaries and donor.
Supporting the team in data-based decision-making (evidence-based).
English language - intermediate level and above.
Attention to details, independence, working with deadlines.
