Product Manager (integrations with partners) in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and we are currently looking for: Product Manager for product development Integration with partners.

The purpose of the role:responsibility for creating, development and scaling of partner integrations that expand the Nova Post delivery network to the first mile, middle mile and last mile. Work at the interface of business, technical teams and external partners (Alza, FrexBox, Amazon, OnTrac, EU courier services, post office networks and others).

Main duties:

• Connection of partners for: network of post machines, for example (Alza, FrexBox, others); first-mile and last-mile courier partners; middle-mile operators and logisticians (Amazon, OnTrac, Venipak, etc.);
• Full cycle of integration: from negotiations and API agreement > to launch > to stability monitoring;
• Formation of the product backlog of the "Partner Integrations" service;
• Writing of requirements, BRD/MRD, user stories, acceptance criteria;
• Agreement of technical schemes, API methods, status logic, SLA and data flows;
• Testing of first/last/middle mile scenarios;
• Building tracking and status logic;
• SLA and API stability control;
• Data quality monitoring, incident management;
• Working with stakeholders: logistics, mobile application, backend, DPS, finance, customer service;
• Regular meetings with partners, coordination of changes, roadmap, technical guidelines;
• Delivery acceleration at the expense of new partners;
• Increasing network coverage (offices, post offices, drop-off points);
• Reducing costs in certain areas of logistics chain;
• Increasing NPS, reducing calls to the center, reducing failed delivery.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2-4 years in the position of Product Manager / Product Owner / Integration PM in logistics, e-commerce or high-load digital;
• Experience of API integrations: REST, SOAP, webhook, status models;
• Deep disfirst / middle / last mile skills in logistics;
• Ability to read integration schemes, documentation, work with Postman;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence;
• Ability to form requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, flows;
• Understanding the structure of the parcel business, SLA, task prioritization;
• Strong communication: the ability to conduct technical and business calls with partners;
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations;
• Independence, structure;
• Ability to quickly understand complex data flows;
• Drive to results, focus on impact (impact > output).
