Product Manager (Customs brokerage operations) in Nova poshta

Area of responsibility:

• Development of customs clearance services and brokerage support for international shipments (B2C, B2B, C2C) in the countries of Nova Post presence.
• Formation of MBO product strategy taking into account the requirements of customs legislation, the company's business model and customer needs.
• Coordination of work with customs brokers, partners and government bodies to ensure a stable and transparent clearance process.
• Building end-to-end customs clearance processes — from declaration and value verification to communication with the client and completion of customs clearance.
• Development and support of digital solutions for MBO: automated creation of declarations, electronic confirmation of value, integration with the customs systems of EU countries and Ukraine.
• Management of tariffs and financial models of MBO: formation of tariffs for brokerage services, calculation of cost, analysis of marginality; monitoring of competitive bids and cost optimization for the client; participation in the agreement of tariff changes with the financial and legal divisions.
• Interaction with product managers of international services (B2C, C2C, Returns) for the integration of MBO into customer delivery scenarios.
• Ensuring compliance of processes with the requirements of customs and tax legislation of the countries of presence, GDPR, KYC.
• Responsibility for key metrics: % successful customs clearances, processing time, number of incidents, margin of MBO services, level of customer satisfaction. logistics, customs brokerage service from 2 years;
• Experience of working with supply chains: transportation (FTL, LTL) across Ukraine and abroad, transport and forwarding services, customs services, warehouse logistics, distribution;
• Experience of working with foreign economic contracts, foreign suppliers, customs;
• Experience of working with IT services (programs for electronic declaration such as MD Office and QD Pro, websites, ERP, CRM, WMS systems, mobile applications);
• Experience of writing technical documentation, understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experienced user of the MS Office package, experience of working with Jira, Confluence (anyis an advantage), experience working with specialized software MD Office, QDPro, etc. (will be an advantage);
• Experience in the field of customs brokerage activities abroad (will be an advantage);
• Desirable experience with tools for creating block diagrams (Draw.io, Visio, etc.);
