Project manager for the organization of recycling in Kronospan UA

Kronospan is a company originally from Austria that started its activities in 1897. Kronospan is a leading global manufacturer of chipboard, MDF, laminated boards, laminated flooring, wall panels and accessories. Today, the group's plants operate in Europe, Asia and the USA. At the moment, there are more than 40 plants in 30 countries around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage material recycling projects, implementing efficient and environmentally friendly solutions in production.
• Search and involvement of suppliers of wood waste (enterprises, workshops, furniture production, construction companies, etc.).
• Coordination of transportation of recycling materials from suppliers to storage sites or directly to factories.
• Cooperation with logistics companies or internal fleet.
• Search of suitable sites near Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Equal to the organization of wood waste accumulation sites.
• Maintenance of all necessary documents, contracts, invoices, acts of acceptance and transfer.
• Study of the wood waste market, pricing, demand and supply.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, ecology, woodworking or related areas).
• Experience in the field of procurement, supply or waste management - from 2 years.
• Experience in the field of woodworking or wood waste is desirable (will an advantage).
• Knowledge of the wood waste market, features of work with suppliers and logistics.
• Understanding the technical requirements for wood raw materials (for chipboard).
• Skills in conducting negotiations and concluding agreements.
• Ability to work with primary accounting documentation.
• Experience in organizing or participating in the search/lease of industrial or logistics area will be a plus.
• Proactivity, initiative, independence in decision-making.
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• Good communication skills.
• Orientation on the result and the ability to work in the field (visits to enterprises, sites, etc.).
• A confident PC user (Excel, Word, Google Docs, messengers).
• Knowledge of English or Polish.
• Having a driver's license category B is a must.
• Readiness for regular business trips in the regions (Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Rivne regions).
