We are looking for a Product Manager (office products, B2B) to join the team of the commercial department.
We are the Company: SKAT is a Ukrainian manufacturer of notebooks, albums, notebooks and stationery.
Key tasks:
1) Rebranding of TM (trademark):
- Analysis of the market and competitors
- Update of visual style, packaging, messages
- Creation of a new product line (for a new design or audience)
2) Development of product groups:
- Formation of an assortment for different CAs: schools, offices, shops, networks
- Selection of "flagship" products
- Optimization of the nomenclature: remove excess, strengthen hits
3) Target audience and UTP:
- Creation of specific conditions / lines for different CAs (school series, "office economy", premium)
- Drafting of offers with high margins
- Joint work with marketer on communication
4) Work with demand and client base:
- Analysis of sales > conclusions about demanded categories
- Collection of feedback from the sales department
- Output of novelties in accordance with market needs
5) Increasing profitability:
Calculation of margins by product groups
Optimization of packaging, logistics
Launch of "special series" with high added value by cost.
Necessary skills:
Experience in FMCG / production / distribution - from 2 years
Analytical thinking, knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in forming an assortment matrix
Understanding trends in design and products
Experience in participating in rebranding or TM creation - will an advantage
Team interaction: the ability to work with marketers, sales, designers
KPI for 6 months:
Developed and launched an updated brand pack (logo, label, palette, fonts)
Launched at least 1 new product line
Optimized 15-30% of the existing assortment
Increase the margin on key positions by 10-20%
Presentation offers for 3 main targets
