AROMALOVERS home fragrance product manager in Golovatyuk O.V., FOP

Hello, we are AROMALOVERS - a Ukrainian manufacturer of home fragrances that creates candles, diffusers, fragrances, sachets and other products that fill homes with coziness and mood. We are looking for a Product Manager who will become the heart of our product development: from the idea and market analysis to the launch on marketplaces and seasonal collections. 

This is a role for a person with a strong aesthetic taste who knows not only how to plan, but also to see beauty in details.

What you will do every day:

• Analyze the home fragrance market, trends, customer behavior and the competitive environment in Ukraine and abroad

• Develop new products and improve the current range (from the selection of fragrances to the concept of lines)

•  Manage the assortment: make decisions about entering/removing positions, optimize lines

•  Prepare commercial materials: current prices, presentations for partners and marketplaces

•  Create and coordinate content: product descriptions, articles, news, social network posts, banners

•  Create and support new positions on in marketplaces

• Order and control POS materials

• Prepare packaging, instructions, labeling, adapt to legal requirements

• Develop layouts and set clear tasks for designers (packaging, labels, advertising materials)

• Develop and implement promotion strategies: cooperation with bloggers, opinion leaders, influencers

• Plan and implement seasonal activities

We expect from you:

• Work experience as a product manager / brand manager is ideal - in FMCG, perfumery, cosmetics, home goods, e-commerce)

• Understanding of the home goods and/or beauty market (a big plus is experience with fragrances, candles, diffusers)

• Experience working with marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom, MakeUp, etc.) — from creating cards to optimization

• Ability to work with designers, copywriters, SMM and contractors

• Strong analysis, structuring and presentation skills (Excel / Google Sheets above average, PowerPoint / Canva / Keynote)

• Presence of an aesthetic taste - you understand what a harmonious composition, color, texture and atmosphere of a product is

• The ability to take high-quality photos of products (on a smartphone or camera) for content, social networks, marketplaces - without professional studio equipment, but with a good result

• Love for aromas, aesthetics and creating products that you want to share with others
