Product / Brand Manager (E-commerce, Marketplace) in Shops Marceting Factory

We are a company that has launched several successful projects in international marketplaces (USA and Europe) and is actively scaling.
Now we are entering a new stage of growth and launching a new project.
We create and develop stores with exquisite home goods, decor and gifts. We manufacture part of the products ourselves, which gives us complete control over the quality and uniqueness of the product.
We are looking for a person who wants to become a key member of the team and really influence the product — from idea to scaling, and not just perform tasks according to the TK.


Responsibilities:? 

Development of store and brand concept (positioning, style, idea);
Creative vision of assortment and packaging;
Analysis of the US market (demand, competitors, trends);
Analysis of prices and formation of price strategy;
Search and generation of new product ideas for the online store;
Communication with suppliers and designers;
Participation in creating own products production;
Understanding and basic participation in the development of social networks for stores.

Requirements:?

English language A2–B1 (reading, basic communication);
Confident use of ChatGPT / AI-tools;
Ability to independently search and analyze information;
Understanding trends in e-commerce and social networks;
Creative thinking + analytical approach;
Willingness to develop together with the startup.

Working schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;

What will be a plus:

Experience working with marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, etc.);
Understanding visuals, design, branding;
