Product manager (acquiring) in NovaPay

We are currently inviting team of specialists for the position "Product Manager (acquiring)"

Our expectations:

• experience in implementing several projects in acquiring or supporting and improving existing acquiring projects from 3x years;
• knowledge of the rules of operation of acquiring solutions - POS terminals and e-commerce channels;
• knowledge of the current requirements and opportunities of Visa & Maserard MPS regarding the implementation of acquiring services;
• ability to develop business requirements for the introduction of acquiring products and services;
• skills in setting the requirements of international payment systems (IPS) and NBU for acquiring operations, as well as building a system for monitoring the correctness of these settings;
• experience in organizing the process of supporting acquiring products and processes by various Company services.

Main tasks:

• interaction with partners, payment systems, vendors, customers, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts related to the implementation of acquiring projects, services, purchase of POS terminal equipment, etc.;
• monitoring and analysis of the market, competitive environment, new product solutions in the direction of acquiring, formation of proposals for the development and promotion of the Company's acquiring products;
• analysis of the user profile and work with user cases to improve the Company's acquiring products;
• monitoring the success metric of the Company's acquiring products;
• updating internal regulatory documents and instructional materials for acquiring products.
