Product Manager in CLUST

In connection with the active growth of the partner business, we are currently looking for a Product Manager.

Main duties:

— Creation and prioritization of backlog and roadmap for the team of designers (back office, client frontend, other services developed by the company) and keeping it up-to-date; analysis, reporting and SWOT of our product in comparison with benchmarks;

- Participation at the ownership level of product grooming processes, releases, testing (this includes writing Acceptance Criteria for Manual QA + possible help in testing itself);< /p>

— Creation and detailed description of tasks for the development team;

— Cooperation with related teams - processing business requests and forming the backlog based on requests;

— Communication with 3rd party companies on external integrations.

What we expect from the candidate:

— 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product IT company;

— Knowledge of product analytics;

— Understanding of basic development principles;

— Strong management skills;

— Analytical thinking and experience in using analytics tools;

— Basic knowledge of unit economics;

— Confident planning and prioritization skills;

— Knowledge of the English language at the level Intermediate.
