The team is currently looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist who will work closely with the creative team and contribute to the success of the product.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• My Passion application testing (feature testing, regression testing).
• Backend and API testing of the project.
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation.
• Product quality improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN:

• Commercial experience in QA position 1 year or more .
• Mobile (iOS / Android) testing experience.
• Understanding of principles and methodologies of testing.
• Ability to effectively identify bugs and write detailed bug reports.
• Skills of working with test documentation (TC, BR, check sheets).
• Understanding client-server architecture .
• High level of communication, the ability to show leadership and influence the quality of development.

SELECTION STAGES:

2. Test task. Validates your expertise and shows what approaches, tools and solutions you apply to your work. We do not limit you in terms of time and we never use candidates' work experience without appropriate arrangements.
3. Interview with the manager. A comprehensive conversation about your professional competencies and the work of the team to which you are applying.
4. Bar raising. For the last interview, we invite one of the top managers of the Genesis ecosystem, who will not work directly with the candidate. The bar raiser focuses on your soft skills and values ​​to understand how quickly you can grow with the company.
