What will your day look like at PUMB?

• Processing customer requests (consultations, complaints, suggestions) regarding cashback services
• Support and support of partner, bank cashback, challenges and Cashback Store
• Adding and updating partner terminals in the Bank’s systems
• Participating in the analysis of partner cashback returns
• Conducting basic reconciliations with by integrators
• Administration of the "Hits of the Week" service, partial support of the "Promocodes" service Work with internal admin systems and DVH (transaction analysis, balance adjustments)
• Maintenance and updating of regulatory documentation (Lotus)
• Uploading of content (images) to eSputnik
• Interaction with internal teams (support, IT, partners) to solve operational issues

Your background we need:

• Preferred initial experience in customer support / back office / operations
• Experience working with customer requests (support / customer care / back-office) - desirable
• Understanding the working principles of cashback services, partner programs or banking products - will be an advantage
• Basic analytical skills
• A confident PC user (Excel / Google Sheets - basic level)
