Responsibilities:
- Managing the direction to achieve financial and economic indicators determined together with the commercial department.
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the market and competitors with an emphasis on the needs that lead to an increase in sales.
- Forecasting sales volumes and procurement, based on analysis of market trends and feedback from the sales team.
- Communication with suppliers and inventory management. Using sales data and customer feedback to improve quality and promote products.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and service departments. Providing them with the necessary information and training on the product to maximize sales.
- Profitability management: costing, optimizing costs and ensuring the planned margin performance.
- Maintaining reports that reflect the performance of the product in the market and presenting this data to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years, preferably in areas where there is direct interaction with sales.
- Ability to build a sales strategy and marketing promotion of goods
- Practice of cooperation with suppliers from China; having direct contacts is an advantage.
- Experience working with commercial departments and understanding their needs.
- English B2;
- Product understanding in Garden and/or Construction
- Strong analytical skills, ability to forecast, as well as analyze sales data and form product strategies based on them.
- Systematic approach to quality control and initiative in launching new product lines that meet market demand.
