We are currently looking for a Product Manager to develop our brands in the iGaming (online casino) space. This is a role for someone who wants to influence a product from idea to release, working with analytics, user experience and launching new projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Formation and support of the product roadmap taking into account the market, competitors and players' needs.
  • User experience research: analysis of funnels (C2R, R2D, FTD > STD), feedback collection from Support and analysts.
  • Generation, validation and test of hypotheses; launch of new features (gamification, bonuses, tournaments, loyalty).
  • Setting tasks for the development team, coordination with QA.
  • Prioritization of backlog: bugs, new features, integrations.
  • Participation in release management: planning, acceptance of tasks, retrospectives.
  • Control of key metrics: registrations, deposits, retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, ARPU, session length.
  • Working with an analyst to generate hypotheses and improve the product.
  • Starting A/B tests of new mechanics and offers.
  • Ensuring the convenience of user flows: registration, verification, deposit, games, withdrawal.
  • Monitoring competitors, gamification trends and bonuses programs.
  • Adaptation of the product for different markets (localization, currency, PSP).
  • Complete setup of a new brand: from choosing a theme to integration of providers.
  • Coordinating with Retention, Acquisition, Payments, Support.
  • Formation of MVP taking into account the budget and KPI.

Requirements (Must have):

  • 1.5-2 years+ experience in the role of Product Manager.
  • Proficiency in web and product analytics: GA, Posthog, Ripe, Clarity, Metabase, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, margin, break-even).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams: backlog, roadmap, user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira/ClickUp, Confluence/Notion.
  • Release management and basic QA interaction (test cases, UAT).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics, Figma/Miro, Customer Journey Map.
UX-patterns: onboarding, deposits, KYC, tournaments, loyalty.
  • Knowledge of white-label product architecture.
  • Basic SQL, understanding API integrations (game providers, PSP, KYC).
  • Understanding bonus policy (welcome, cashback, VIP, tournaments).
  • Orientation in regulatory requirements: KYC, AML, Responsible Gaming.
