fishing, plant care, aquarium science.
The product is created, time-tested and has the potential to scale.
The task is to move it from the stage of ideas and experiments to the systematic launch of sales, primarily through Amazon and e-commerce.
Main tasks
take the finished physical product into operation
choose one priority launch scenario (not all at once)
form a product structure:
SKU
sets
packaging
positioning
prepare and launch sales (Amazon / marketplaces / e-commerce)
bring the process to a state where sales work without constant involvement owner
Requirements
practical experience of launching physical goods, not services or info products
experience working with Amazon or e-commerce
ability to make decisions and bring them to a result
ability to work with a finished product without "reinventing" its
focus on execution and launch, not endless discussion

more of a strategist than an executor
only work with presentations and concepts
looking for an “idea partnership” or a stake in the business
have no real experience with physical goods
