The organization "Man in Need" has been operating in Ukraine since the beginning of August 2014, and since then, humanitarian programs have been rapidly expanding. At this time, "Lyudyna v bidi" is one of the main humanitarian organizations in Ukraine that provides neutral and independent humanitarian assistance to people affected by the conflict.

General information about the employee role:
Recruitment:
Executes recruitment for all positions, ensuring compliance with the HR Manual and internal policies.
Updates the Recruitment Tracker, displaying all stages of the recruitment process.
Processes received resumes, searches for them on the Internet, forms a long list for the hiring manager.
Advises the hiring manager on further stages of recruitment and provides recommendations on their implementation.
Organizes and conducts interviews, determining optimal methods of assessing required competencies/qualifications together with the hiring manager.
Maintains a database of the selection process, ensures accurate data on candidatesin.
Collects recommendations for selected candidates in accordance with internal procedures and policies.
Checks selected candidates in the Watchdog system.
Transfers information to the Lead HR Specialist to screen candidates for security compliance.
Prepares and sends job offers to selected candidates.
Sends written rejections to unsuccessful candidates.
Submits job openings to the Communications Department for publication on internal platforms and social media.
In close coordination with the manager, assists management in resolving conflict situations, ensuring effective communication, constructive resolution of issues and confidentiality.
Performs duties in accordance with the Code of Conduct and key PIN policies, informs the Human Resources Manager of any identified violations of policies and procedures;
Creates and maintains a supportive and secure environment;
Ensures proper storage and archiving of all created and received documents;
Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided;
Ensures timely and effective provision of all necessary information to the immediate supervisor;
Ensures the non-disclosure of confidential information of the organization and personal data of employees or third parties that became known during the performance of official duties;
Performs other tasks assigned to him by his immediate supervisor within his competence.
Candidate requirements:
Education and certifications
Higher education in the field of HR, management, psychology or related areas.
Work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting and HR administration.
English language
Level - intermediate (Intermediate).
