Product Development and Partnerships Manager (Pet Category)

We are a fast-growing team in the field of Pet Care and we are currently looking for a driven specialist who loves animals as much as business development.

This role is for someone who can see trends before others, knows how to turn an idea into a product and is ready to build strong partnerships in the market pet products.

What you will do:

• Scouting and analytics: monitoring of global and local novelties, analysis of the competitive environment and search for "blue oceans" in the pet segment.

• Working with the product: search for manufacturers in Ukraine (Private Label), conducting negotiations on the launch of new lines and control of stages production.

• Expansion (Marketplaces): bringing the brand to new platforms (Rozetka, Prom and others), high-quality filling of product cards and launching new products.

• Development of the network (B2B): formation and active management of the base of pet stores, distributors and potential partners.

• Community marketing: promoting products in thematic groups, forums and professional communities of pet owners.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in e-commerce, sales or procurement (experience in the pet sector will be huge advantage).

• Understands the specifics of the pet products market (feed, accessories, hygiene) or has a genuine interest in this niche.

• Communication master: easily finds a common language both with the owner of a small store and with a large manufacturer.

• Self-starter: you do not wait for instructions, but you propose solutions yourself and take responsibility for the result.

• Systematic in working with data and persistent in achieving KPIs.

Will be a significant plus:

• Successful case of bringing goods to marketplaces.

• Experience in developing products under your own brand (ВТМ/PL).

• Having a "tail" at home - we believe that the best products for animals are created by those who really love them!
