We are looking for a Specialist in product and marketing research for the Fishka loyalty program!

What should be done?
- Participate in design development research (methodology, frameworks, sampling, etc.);
- Develop research tools (questionnaires for the quantitative phase and interview guides for the qualitative);
- Test questionnaires, make changes based on the test results;
- Moderate interviews;
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, look for causal relationships communications;
- Prepare analytical reports;
- Participate in the presentation of research results to customers (internal and external)
- Participate in the preparation of dashboards for monitoring studies;
- Communicate cross-team regarding the implementation of studies;
- Participate in other processes related to the conduct of studies and analysis of results.
What do we expect?
- Knowledge of the theoretical basis of research methods;
- Awareness of specific analysis methods and research frameworks (in particular, NPS, SCI/CSAT, Concept Testing, Customer Journey Mapping, A/B testing, Brand Health Tracking, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of product analytics and product metrics;
- Understanding of specifics of the product approach and/or involvement in product development;
- Basics of statistical analysis;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and analytical tools;
- Experience with datasets, e.g. with the help of Excel, SPSS, R, etc.;
- Ability to develop research tools (questionnaires,guides);
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data;
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Experience with online survey platforms (in particular, marketing, UX research);
- Ability to moderate in-depth interviews and/or focus groups.
