Bini Games is a Ukrainian product company that has created more than 20 children's developing applications. The company has more than 250 enthusiastic professionals , who carry out a full cycle of work - from the creation of an idea to implementation and promotion in international markets within the framework of iOS, tvOS (Apple Store), Android (Google Play Store) platforms. Our applications are used by more than a million people from all over the world (America, Asia, Europe).

Our mission is to create interesting preschool learning to maintain genuine interest and joy in learning through games.

What tasks will you face?

• Product audience analysis
• Finding insights in data and making recommendations for product improvement
• Formation of requirements for data collection, processing, and aggregation
• Development of A/B tests (calculation of sample size, timing, assessment of effect strength, definition of key indicators and logic of distribution by user groups )
• Maintaining and writing new analytical documentation for the product
• Participation in all stages of thinking about product features in the direction
• Automation of routine tasks of analysts in the direction

What will we pay attention to first?

• Experience in a product company from 1 year (experience in gamedev or with mobile applications)
• Deep SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools, BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
• Ability to forecast and analyze various metrics, calculate ROI, ARPU, LTV, etc.
• Understanding the basics of mathematical statistics
