Mobile Tech Lead ( with gambling experience ) in Novoplex

Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing.

We are currently looking for our ideal Mobile Tech Lead to join our team to build our mobile development team.

What you will do:

• Manage and coordinate the mobile application development team;
• Design and implement mobile application architecture;
• Ensure high code quality and compliance with development best practices;
• Provide the ASO department with active mobile webview applications (coordinate the entire development cycle, including moderation in the AppStore); to achieve business goals.

What you will need for this:

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in mobile application development;
• In-depth knowledge of the iOS platform and relevant programming language (Swift, Flutter, Unity, React Native, etc.);
• Experience work in the field of gambling;
• Ability to effectively manage a team, distribute tasks and monitor their execution deadlines;
• Understanding CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools;

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
