We invite you to work Chief specialist of the procurement planning and analysis department of the Contracting and Procurement Management Department

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the relevant field of training -  master/specialist. 
• Experience in relevant positions - from 2 years.
• Experience in planning in accordance with legislative requirements in the field of public procurement.
• Skills in using procurement analytical resources and BI Prozorro.
• Experience with SAP is desired.

Basic functional responsibilities links:      

• Formation of reports and analytical information on procurement issues, annual procurement plan, analysis and approval of annual plans of departments
• Publication of the Annual Procurement Plan and changes to it

• Verification and reconciliation of purchase applications for the correctness of the definition of the subject of procurement and compliance with the Annual Plan procurement

• Checking the correctness of the definition of the material group in requests to create material/service master records in the SAP and MDG systems
