Printer, production employee, textile printer operator (no experience) in Maikoff

Congratulations! We are Maikoff.ua — a professional printing service on textiles and souvenir products. And now we are looking for a Printer!

We are ready to consider a candidate without work experience, but with a great desire to learn and develop in this field!

Main duties:

• setting up and operating printing machines;
• printing on textiles (T-shirts, jackets, etc.) and souvenir products (cups, thermoses, thermal mugs, etc.) by thermal transfer, direct digital printing, sublimation, UV;
• control of print quality and elimination of possible defects;
• organization of delivery of orders to the post office;
• ensuring compliance with the terms of order fulfillment.

Basic requirements:

• willingness to work in the advertising and souvenir field;
• ability to work with printing equipment and print preparation programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) will be a competitive advantage;
• attention attention to detail and desire to achieve high quality printing;
• ability to work in a team and complete tasks within set deadlines.

Working conditions:

• step-by-step adaptation to the position. Training plan for professional tasks, instructions and checklists, constant meetings with colleagues who are ready to help and advise;
• 5-day work week: Mon-Fri - from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (the schedule is flexible, fluctuations are possible in the season of increased workload, we can consider an individual schedule depending on the volume of work done) all processing is additionally paid at a higher rate tariff;
• stable, without delays, salary payment; 
• the first 3 months are a trial period;
