We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer (.NET)to join our dynamic technology team within the medical sector (clinical research).

• Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (2-3 days in the office per week)

10+ years of overall experience in software engineering.
8+ years of experience in .NET backend and Microservices architecture.
2+ years of experience in enterprise architecture design in Azure
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
Fluency in the C# language, .NET platform and variety of well-known libraries.
Hands-on experience with building Azure-hosted applications using native cloud solutions at enterprise scale.
Experience with setting-up observability standards.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to partner effectively with teams in a fully remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
You are self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast-paced environments. You love to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure.
Experience in technical leading group of developers, being responsible for outcome delivery.
Solid knowledge of testing principles to grow tight development feedback loop.
Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers and provide technical feedback to their ideas.
