We launched a new product - AddMile - a coaching platform that is part of the Headway educational product ecosystem.

Headway is an EdTech startup that creates microlearning products. It is included in the GSV 150 list of the world's most influential companies transforming digital learning and specialist skills.

The company is also on the list of 50 top European startups with the highest potential to become a "unicorn" within two years, according to market research from GP Bullhound in 2023 and 2024.

Headway in the top 3 of the 50 rating the best employers of Ukraine, from Forbes and robota.ua.

The company was founded in 2019. In 5 years, it grew from 3 to more than 250 people in the team and opened offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Nicosia and London.

Headway products help develop 100+ million people in the world through concise formats of educational content: samaras, courses, games, infographics.

Together with the CEO of the new product Olga Shapovalova, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join the team and help our team to be even stronger in what we do.

About the product:

AddMile is a personal and professional development coaching platform that helps people improve various areas of life with the help of coaching practices: getting out of crisis situations, dealing with burnout, self-sabotage, increasing productivity, defining goals and making an action plan. The web version of the product is available to users from more than 130 countries.

You should definitely contact us if you want to:

  1. Test hypotheses on real users. We work with millions of users and this opens up a lot of room for experimentation.
  2. Work with large data sets. We collect data about user behavior that you can turn into valuable insights for product development.
  3. Choose tools and approaches. We are currently working with Amplitude, Tableau, BigQuery . However, you will have flexibility in the choice of tools and support from the manager in implementing ideas.

What will you do?

- Look for growth points and business insights by digging into the data and turning it into information;
—Together with the team, generate and implement ideas, in accordance with business priorities and product vision;
—Responsible for the full cycle of A/B testing: idea generation, test design and launch, building dashboards, closing the test, conclusions and insights for future iterations;
— Effectively communicate work results;
—Constantly improve your work, propose and implement solutions for automation and optimization of processes.

What do you need to join us?

— 2+ years of experience in the field of analytics;
- Experience with databases (SQL);
- Knowledge of Python will be a plus;
—Understanding product metrics and how they relate;
— Analytical mindset and creative thinking;
- The ability to see the whole picture and delve into the details;
—Split command values ​​( SELECT ).
