PR manager / Communication specialist of the project, FOP in Rokada, BF BO

ROKADA Foundation is looking for a specialist who will be able to strengthen the communication part of one of our projects.

Main duties:

• Closing the project activities on the information resources of the foundation, partners and communities.
• Organization of online conferences, communication support of events, interaction with partners.
• Writing прес-релізів, налагодження контактів із місцевими ЗМІ та залучення їх до висвітлення подій.
• Підготовка інформаційних матеріалів для сайтів, соціальних мереж та друкованої продукції.
• Створення контенту для тематичних подкастів та участь у висвітленні фінальних результатів проєкту.
• Редагування та адаптація текстів під різні аудиторії.
• Планування та ведення контент-плану для соціальних networks.
• Development and support of the online community, communication with the audience.
• Coordination of communications together with program teams and PR.
• monitoring of the effectiveness of publications and analytics of social networks.

Needed skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of communications, PR, SMM, working with the media or content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic editors.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint).
• Experience with targeted advertising (Facebook/Instagram) preferred.
• Literacy, structural thinking, attention to detail.
