Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategy based on market and audience research.
  • Create and manage content (posts, stories, reels, videos, captions, visuals).
  • Maintain brand tone of voice and visual consistency.
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Plan and launch paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Define, segment, and analyze target audiences.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, conduct A/B testing, and run retargeting campaigns.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase reach.
  • Stay updated with trends, new formats, and platform algorithms.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMM and paid advertising (1–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Skills in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation.
  • Copywriting skills (engaging captions, ad texts, storytelling).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, KPIs, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Creativity combined with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Portfolio or case studies with measurable results (growth, sales, ROAS).
