We are looking for a PPC specialist

Requirements:

• Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center, Performance Max, dynamic ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.
• Experience building reports in Google Data Studio/Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization methods.
• Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets for analytics and calculations.
• Experience with lookalikes, custom audiences, retargeting.
• Reading English documentation (Intermediate and above).

Main duties:

• Starting and setting up Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max YouTube In-Stream, Discovery, Shorts.
• Setting up and running ads in social networks
• Development of a media plan for the budget.
• Constant analysis of campaigns (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Testing of various strategies (manual CPC, tROAS, tCPA).
• A/B tests of creatives, texts, audiences.
• Compilation of specifications for designers and copywriters.
• Control of formats for different locations placement.
• Testing banners, videos, carousel ads.
• Configuring UTM tags, GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel.
• Building dashboards in Data Studio/Looker.
• Preparation of campaign effectiveness reports (weekly and monthly).
• Competitor analysis.
• Preparation of hypotheses for new channels/audiences.
