We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who lives Meta Ads! 

Now we really need a strong PPC in the team to scale paid advertising. Work with large budgets, test hypotheses, build system funnels and influence sales growth. You will partner with brand managers and analysts, grow budgets and create campaigns that really work.

What to do

• Plan and launch advertising campaigns in Meta (90%) and Google Discovery/YouTube (10%).

• Lead the full cycle of campaigns: media planning > launch > optimization > analytics ROAS/CPA.

• Develop recommendations after campaigns to improve efficiency and scaling.

What is important to us

• Significant experience with Meta Ads (required).

• Experience in e-commerce (FMCG - an advantage).

• Ability to build an account structure, segment audiences, test and optimize.

• Experience in optimizing for conversions and value.

• Analytical skills: GA4, Google Sheets, Looker Studio.

• Bonus: scaling budgets 100k+ USD/month, TikTok Ads experience, creating dashboards.
