In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a call center operator (remote work by phone) to receive and process requests for household repairs.

Requirements:

1. Pleasant voice, clear diction.
2. Printing speed is more than 150 characters per minute.
3. Fast and stable Internet.
4. Quiet room for work and the availability of a headset.
5. Readiness for a floating schedule (shifts 8-17, 9-18, 12-21...). You have 2 days off every week.

Conditions:

• Remote work - you work where it is convenient and safe for you.
• Regular schedule, 40 hours per week.
• Training is paid.
• For the first month, the fixed rate is UAH 10,000, then the rate + bonus. A total of 15-23 thousand UAH.
• Payment of salary 2 times a month
• Paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive applications and transfer them to executors.
• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Quality control of order fulfillment.
• Operative updating of order data in CRM system.
