Responsibilities:
Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies
Conducting initial interviews (online / offline)
Posting vacancies on employment sites
Maintaining a candidate database
Communicating with department heads
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting will be an advantage (not required)
Competent verbal and written language
