We are looking for specialist in training sales personnel in Khmelnytskyi.

What to expect from the candidate?

• Experience as a product training specialist, the ability to understand the ingredients/components of makeup products and care, recommend them according to the Client's request. (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working in retail stores of cosmetics, perfumes, in the beauty field as a salesperson, administrator.
• To have knowledge and to constantly supplement it with current trends, trends and news in in the field of beauty and care.
• The desire to share knowledge - to teach, learn and constantly expand and improve one's own knowledge and skills.
• Be able to find an approach to everyone, enjoy communication.
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.

What key tasks of the position?

• Development of training materials about the product upon request (presentations, infographics, etc.).
• Training for sellers and administrators in stores on service standards, as well as face, body and hair care (trainings, webinars, etc.).
• Support of existing projects and participation in the development of new ones , for staff training in stores.
• Visiting network stores with the purpose of staff training.

Work schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00, from Mon to Fri. Sat and Sun are closed. The work format is hybrid - part-time, part-time work shop with staff, 4 times a month business trip to the location in Khmelnytskyi region. 1 working day is one point of sale.
