HR Manager in Forsazh, Rekrutingovaya kompaniya

We are looking for a specialist for the position of HR Manager /HR Manager for our client - a European company in Ukraine.

• full cycle of personnel administration (admission, dismissal, transfer, provision of vacations, business trips, etc.);
(instructions, regulations, policies, etc.);
• employee insurance administration;
• participation in various HR projects of the company;
• coordination of HR processes (recruiting, adaptation , development, etc.);
• implementation of process automation tools.

Requirements: higher education, work experience in a similar position - from 2 years,
knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, regulations on personnel accounting and record keeping, requirements for the formation of personnel documents, experience in military accounting, English - Pre-intermediate, desire to develop in the HR direction, self-organization, healthy values

Offer:50000-80000 UAH, social package, work in an office in Kyiv.
