Main duties:
-training and adaptation of personnel;
-conducting welcome trainings for new employees;                                             -control of assimilation of information during adaptation;                                               -regular update of the welcome book;                                                        coordination and control of intern mentors;                                              -conducting a regular section of knowledge during the internship period, materials and documentation:
-writing training instructions, procedures, scripts;                                             - preparation of questions for testing for various positions;                                                  development and conducting of trainings, mini-seminars, educational games;                 - personnel evaluation;
-organization and conducting of personnel evaluation once a year;                                   management and development of the SkillsRun program;                                                                 field work organization and holding of tastings for staff training;   - visits to TT (including in the regions) for training, inspection, correction; issuing check letters 6 TT once a month;                                              communication and feedback
work with customer feedback: monitoring, transfer to TT, preparation of reports;          - submission of information for the internal corporate resource (CR) "Myastoria".

Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the field of personnel training / HR / L&D — from 1 year;                                 The ability to work with a large amount of information, systematize it;           Experience in developing educational programs, presentations, trainings; Sociability, initiative, creativity;                                                     Higher education, preferably psychological;                                                                               Experience in the field of retail trade is a must!
