Personnel training specialist in Posad

We are the "Posad" grocery chain in search of aTraining and personnel development specialist.

Main tasks:

• Conducting trainings
• Development of methodical and educational material
• Maintaining the relevance and development of the company's Knowledge Base
• Participating in adaptation programs
• Monitoring and improving the professional knowledge of employees
• Organizing and conducting a comprehensive staff assessment

Basic requirements:

• Experience as a business trainer or training specialist from 2 years
• Experience in the development and conduct of group training events (trainings/seminars/master classes) in order to improve the professional level and develop management competencies managers/administrators.
• Monitoring and other types of analysis and control of the professional level of personnel
• Professional education (higher), also additional professional education will be an advantage
