We invite a TRAINING MANAGER!

Your duties:

• Learning needs in various divisions of the company
• Formation and implementation of the annual plan for educational activities
• Organization of trainings, seminars, other external events
• Formation of the primary training system for industrial specialties
• Formation and implementation of training standards
• Organization of systematic cooperation with educational institutions
• Formation and implementation of budgets for training and development
• Creation of individual development plans for personnel reserve employees

Requirements:

• Ability to create presentations, educational materials, video lessons
• Skills of public of speeches
• Developed communication skills
• Experience in conducting trainings will be an advantage
