Main functional responsibilities:

1. Management of personnel efficiency (Performance Management) and management of personnel evaluation process

2. Training and development (assessment of staff training needs, organization and coordination according to the HR budget)

3. Motivation and compensation (grading system, salary change system, non-financial motivation methods, synchronization with the salary market)

4. Support of the corporate culture of the organization (integration of value markers, establishment of internal communication with staff, interaction with managers)

5. Control of the workload of employees, interaction with managers on the distribution of duties, prevention of burnout, etc.)

6. Setting up the conflict management system

7. Control of the performance of HR functions at the organization level, close interaction with the board of directors and the middle manager.
